Profile: Tele Counsellor/Telesales
Convert the students into admissions over the call
Job Responsibility-
- Make enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company and achieve target on daily/weekly basis
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors or appropriate resources
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Document all call information as per company protocols
- Recognize document and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls whenever necessary
- Complete call logs, reports and other duties as assigned.
Key skills & Requirements:
- Should have experience in outbound Sales.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Upsell products and services if required

Requirements:
Good Communication Skills
Undergraduate can also apply but require minimum 2 years experience in Hardcore sales(Insurance sales/Loan sales/Credit card sales/Admission sales/Travel Packages Sales/Room sales/Ticket sales) - from any of the industry which is mentioned here and target oriented and must be getting incentives
