Location : Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience :

8 - 12 years of experience in Managing Bank Relationship / Acquisition / Business Development / Operation & Service Activities ,as Branch Manager

Job Requirements :

• Exposure to Branch Book Growth, CASA, Portfolio quality, Collection and Team management.
• Ability to coordinate & communicate with the clients for product selling and and stakeholders across various levels
• Capability of adapting and operating in different environments and Relationship Management
• Team Player with ability to control team & serve as Single Point of contact for Management
• Highly Motivated, Goal Oriented, Positive & innovative and with proven track record of handling multiple assignments efficiently & successfully with in deadlines.
• AGE : up to 38 Years
• Presently working as Branch Manager with the BANK

Job Profile :

• Managing overall portfolio / Ledger Growth of the Branch
• Acquisition of New Business, HNI Clients , Cross selling of Products & Generating Business Revenue
• Loan Disbursement
• Maintaining Zero Customer Complaint @ Branch Level
• Adherence to compliance & Policies
