Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)/Fashion Consultant will be responsible for driving sales through various programs, roadmaps and consumer relation strategies for HNI (high net worth individual) clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating customer base through networking and old clientele and updation of client database and regular follow-ups.

2. Segmentation of customers to help in better understanding of customer needs.

3. Working on customizations, coordination with production and design team for completing the order.

4. Planning and execution of seasonal sales and events.

5. Ensuring availability of merchandise with quality checks.

6. Monitor and analyze the results of all CRM initiatives, including customer value growth, retention and loyalty.

7. Meeting the allotted targets.

8. Keeping self-updated on changing fashion trends & designer labels especially for bridal section.

Skills Required:

1. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

2. Understanding to leverage customer behavioral, lifestyle and demographic data.

3. Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics and designer labels.

4. Awareness of art, design and fashion history.

5. Business skills such as marketing, networking and time management.

6. Creativity and innovation.

7. Eye for detail.

8. Well organized.

9. Ability to work under tight deadlines.

10. Ability to influence decisions of customers.

Other Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ Years of experience preferably from Ethnic luxury wear brand and jewelery background.
• Education: Any Graduate, Degree in Fashion preferred
