Job Description

Architect with 10-12 years continuous experience, graduated from college of repute, ideally based out of Delhi/North India.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up, MS excel/word. Working knowledge of Vray, Lumion, Rhino,;
Prepare designs, detailed drawings, production drawings, presentations, quotations, BOQs, BOMs, specifications.
Has managed and executed independently full life cycle of small to medium projects from drawings to hand over.
Having grasp of pre-engineered pre-fab building would be an advantage.
Market trend awareness along with trending material knowledge/pricing.
Should be able to handle projects independently; make necessary site visits.
Vendor and material supplier contacts.
Basic understanding of all services, MEP coordination.
Client/marketing meeting, be the front face for the company
