We have an opening for the role Technical Project Manager with an MNC.
Employment : Permanent
Location : Chennai
Experience : 7+ Years
Notice period : Maximum 30 days
Required Skills:
- Leader of the Delivery Team facilitating communication, tailoring processes, empowering team to potential, removing impediments, and creating and maintaining the conditions that allow the team to successfully accomplish its mission.
- Solid, reliable judgment and are able to make effective risk-value decisions under ambiguous and/or difficult circumstances.
- Comfortable driving accountability of team members that consist of executives, business owners, engineers and product managers alike.
- Demonstrated capability to work with Agile, Kanban, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools.
- Adherence to policies, standards, and frameworks. (e.g. SDLC, Change Management, Risk & Security)
- Accountable regarding the success of a project or program.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in core JAVA technologies including; Spring Framework, JMS, Hibernate, and
Enterprise Integration Patterns (Experience on Java 8 preferred) - Experience with relational DBs like MySQL and NoSQL Database like MongoDB, Solr/Lucene will be a plus.
- 4+ years experience working within an Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environment.
- Experience working with version control using GIT/BitBucket.
- 4+ years experience building highly scalable, distributed and reliable Restful Web Services using Spring, Jersey, etc.
- Should have hands-on work experience on Cloud applications preferably on AWS.
- Knowledge on building Front end applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with Tomcat, Jax-RS, REST, JPA, IntelliJ, Groovy, Hibernate is must.
- Experience with build technologies like Gradle, Jenkins will be a plus.
- Experience with Test Driven Development using TestNG/Junit testing frameworks.
