We are looking for experienced candidates for Team Leader Operations For Dehradun Location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Need to handle a team of 15-20 recruiters.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Motivates team to achieve organizations long and short term goals
Manages day-to-day operations
Influencing the recruitment team for having a positive approach, setting up direction and strive to perform on a regular basis.
Monitoring teams performance, training and provide them with the regular feedback
Effective communication.

CTC : Upto 3 LPA

Job Location: Dehradun

Interview Location: 10/17 Convent road above Axis bank near Convent of Jesus & Marry School, Dehradun.

Experience Needed :Candidate who have minimum One year of Experience as Team leader in Bpo or Recruitments industry.
