Job Description
In the role of Senior Development engineer with 5+ yrs. Experience [i.e. Minimum].
Microsoft ASP.NET/C# developer with prudent SQL design and development skills.
The candidate will work in an Agile environment with local and remote team members and will participate in daily Scrum meetings as well as pair-programming when necessary.
Design and develop Web applications using ASP. Net MVC, Web Api 2.0, C#, Entity Framework, Angular and MS SQL
Performs complex analysis in the design and implementation of software tasks
Perform Unit Testing on individual tasks
Accurately estimate effort needed to complete tasks
Follow test-based development practices to ensure quality deliverables.
Ability to work in a fast-paced project team using Agile project management techniques.
Provide timely updates on tasks and meet deadlines with high quality deliverables
Work with business representatives to determine requirements and develop technical specifications
Assemble and package software releases for deployment
You should have experience in the key matrix and performance areas given below:
Mandatory Technology Skills:
5+ years experience with proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, Web Api 2.0, C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ
Good knowledge of web technologies - Angular, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS
Must have an excellent understanding of these technologies and how to apply them successfully to create scalable, maintainable business applications
Required architectures/patterns: SOA, OO Design, web services and MVC/MVVM
Knowledge and/or experience using Agile/SCRUM methodology
Knowledge of TFS
Good to have skills:
WCF, Web services, Angular 4+
Personal Skills
Ability to plan development activities meticulously, identifying dependencies and proactively work towards resolution.
Good communication skills to crisply and accurately report program status.
Self-starter, self-motivated.
Capable of taking responsibility for tasks and ensuring a successful outcome.
Able to contribute to the work of a team while being motivated to work day to day on individual tasks.
Independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives
Independently determines methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
Open to learn and adapt different Technologies.
