Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with the managers at the respective centers to ensure necessary quality standards are met.
- Need to submit reports to Zonal head for his/her guidance and seek his/her guidance if necessary.
- Ensuring standardization of quality across centers.
- Ensuring quality of services are streamlined leading to best customer experience and enabling a motivating environment for staff across the network of Dialysis Units.
- Leading the center managers / center staff and guiding them to achieve operational excellence for their cluster of centers, counselling, coaching and giving feedback wherever required.
- Conducting spot operational audits during center visits
- Should be well verse with all the machineries and quality protocols with respect to Dialysis Unit.
- Thoroughness with the Dialysis modalities both Theoretical and Practical.
- Ability to respond to any questions related to Dialysis process raised by either the guests or any employee from the Organization.
- Preparing the Quality Report from the outcomes of data from various Dialysis centers month on month for Organizational review.
- Ability to plan and account for any delays which might hamper the Dialysis operations.
- Understands the importance of Company's mission & vision statement and strictly adheres to Company's policies.
- Day to day interaction with centers to address any issues raised by respective centers.
- Monitor training programs for all the center staff.
- Conduct clinical staff training in an effective manner by sending monthly calendar invites and conducting tests.
- Evaluation of trainings for the staff and generating training needs.
- Ability to handle the finances to be borne by company in as conservative manner as possible.
- Ability to interact with senior leadership/clients and manage expectations effectively.
- Ability to handle global or multi-location teams and customer projects.
- Ability to initiate corrective actions and preventative actions to prevent future non-conformances.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor Degree of Nursing/Dialysis/Any Science graduation
- Masters Preferred MBA or relevant PG programs
- 3+ years in healthcare.
- Analytical mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organizational skill.
- Willingness to continually self-educate.
