Roles and Responsibilities
1. Drive Revenue Market Share by increasing retail width and product availability .
2. Manage Channel partners, FOS and their productivity
3. Strengthen distribution by increasing Recharge Selling Outlets, SIM Selling Outlets
4. Ensure distributors / retailers maintain adequate stocks of company products and merchandise
5. Train and ensure required manpower at distributors for desired productivity.
6. Responsible for sim activations at retail outlets and meet the defined targets
7. Drive basic distribution parameters
8. Gather and monitor competition plans, policies, best practices, initiatives and their reporting to concerned.
9. Propose certain requirements to push for better visibility in the territory
Preference - Prior Experience in Telecom sector (approx 2 years)
