Responsibilities: - Responsible for reviewing operational issues and perform short-term resolution - Responsible to escalate/develop preventive measures - Should ensure that change procedures are followed and potential threats and risks are identified - Work closely with the regional and global account teams, escalating issues/requests as necessary Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an application support role - Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases - Good knowledge of various Unix commands like grep, sed, awk etc. - Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Unix scripting is an added advantage - Knowledge of Futures and Options (good to have)
