Experience : 5 years

Job description

1. Understand the business requirement, build and deploy the logics of ETL in the cloud environment.
2. Build solution and manage the cloud environment as per the designed solution.
3. Automate the infrastructure deployment (e2e) from data extraction, preparation, and data loading from a variety of sources.
4. Figuring out how to automate tasks requires knowledge of existing design patterns. These tasks can be automated by coding it or buying a product. Innovation is the task of improving things from many perspectives. It requires to be creative and doing a lot of experimentation.
5. Should be able to communicate with stakeholders and implement several business requirements.
6. Good team player, who can work closely with other data engineers and analytics team members to optimize the companys data product.
7. Participates into Production Support activities: researches/troubleshoots issues identified in production, replicates issues in multiple environments, communicates resolutions and workarounds to involved teams Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

1. AWS development-  EMR, S3, Dynamo DB, RDS, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, EKS, ECR, Sage maker, Redshift
2. Big Data-Spark, Hive
3. Language-Python, PySpark, SQL
4. ETL - Glue, Matillion, Airflow (Any one)
5. Automation-Docker, Terraform, Bash Scripts
6. Version Control-Git, Gitlab
7. Libraries- Boto 3, Pandas, NumPy etc.
8. Ability to build processes that support data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
