- Project Manager
- Hands-onProjectManage rwithstrong experience in projects delivery utilizing C#, ASP.Net, SQLServer. Possess competence in web application design, development, deployment, system analysis and Implementation of various applications, including client/serverapplication development using various tools like .NETFramework 4.x, VisualStudio 2010/2013,ASP.NET, C#, SQLServer2008 R2/2012, BI.
- Experience in TFS, MicrosoftProject, Enterprise Architect, Visio. Hands on experience in designing, development and deployment ofweb applications .NET, ASP.NETMVC & Web Forms, C#, WCF, LINQ, JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX, XML, JSON. Experience in MVC, MVVM, MVParchitectures and strong understanding of SQL serverwriting through Transact SQL.
- Comprehensive experience in software development/ ITindustry, implementation of business applications/ solutions within preset budgets and deadlines.
- Developprojecttest management plan, direct and manage test execution, monitor and controlproject work, integrated change controlmanagement.
- Excellence in engagement management derived from outstanding communication skills with the abilityto mentorand motivate task forces.
- Lead, guide and mentormultiple teams and instill high work tempo to generate peak performance levels. Extensive experience in a product-based environment in the capacity of a technically hands-onprojectmanager on the Microsoft technologies platform. Manage software production support, data migration and maintenance ofexisting applications.
- Identify and document requirements and set reasonable project timelines.
- Document resource needs, risks, project scope and contingency plans.
- Work with vendors, third parties and clients to integrate solutions.
- Facilitate and lead meetings to ensure progress on solutions and products.
- Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
- Work with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
- Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
- Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (alpha/beta/production)
- Actively participating in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice.
