Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have Skills :
JBOSS Administration ,
TOMCAT Middleware on Linux platform 5+ years
Linux Operating System, DevOps
Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
A: 3 years of experience as a hands-on technical specialist in Customer-facing roles
B: Strong practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment
C: Understanding the flow of Release Engineering process ie, getting the build files from the development team till it gets released in QA Production environments D: Prior success in automating a real-world Production environment
Technical Experience :
A: Experience with Chef, Rundeck JSON in Production environments with many nodes
B: Familiarity with deployment on CI/CD Pipe-line
C: Strong understanding of Application servers like Jboss/Tomcat, Apache Web Servers, Ngnix Apache Web Basic knowledge on My-SQL database queries and troubleshooting
D: Strong scripting skills, ie PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Perl, etc
E: Basic knowledge of IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing and firewalls
F: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk ELK wil

ability to work under pressure 24/7 shift
