Roles and Responsibilities

Position is with a company in the Retail Sector
(This is not for a call center but the position is with a customer care center of a manufacturing company)

*****Outstation candidates cannot apply as this job is for Candidates based in Bangalore.*****

Joining will be in Bangalore
Candidates have to work from Home Until pandemic situation improves

Inter department coordination
Inbound Customer Queries, E-mail , Complaint Registration
Outbound Calls - Feedback on product quality and delivery standards, Scheduling Delivery Slots, Follow up
Email - Answer queries, Quotations
Chat - Online chat discussions with customers regarding queries about product, delivery schedule, placing orders
Inter department coordination
Coordinate with the delivery team and the customers during actual delivery
NO SALES TARGETS

Requirements:
12th / HSC / PUC or 10+2
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Not above 32 years of age
