Brief Overview:
The companys approach to Software testing is different since Software Test Engineers are breaking, code constantly and help rebuild it better. Software Engineers in Test (SET) devise smart testing strategies and write code to examine and validate large-scale software development and deployments.
As an SET/ Lead SET, you would partner with software developers to create and code tests during product development.

Primary responsibilities:
To mitigate potential quality risks across SDLC through pragmatic test coverage.
Create repeatability in testing through automation.
Enable delivery through good planning, proactive communication and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for various dimensions of testing including functional/ non-functional, performance, scalability, adverse etc. to ensuring quality experiences to customers.
With extensive technical expertise, judgment, and as an integrated part of the software development team, define, document, analyze, perform, and automate tests for products.
Identify functional /non-functional issues and come up with creative resolutions.
Adherence to best QA practices and bring continual improvement to the Quality of products.
Create repeatability that enable and validate high quality releases at a fast pace.
Hands-on in test automation tools like Junit, Testng, Phpunit, Web driver, JMeter, SoapUI etc.
Ability to contribution to open source projects in the Automation/QA is a plus.
