Relationship Officer - MSME - Business Loan @ TVS Credit Services

Job Description

- Responsible for business expansion of kinara loan product in the assigned area / territory and achieving business targets as per TAT

- Utilizing potential market information & personal network for generating leads

- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, processes and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales

- Analyze customer credit data and other related financial information in a timely manner

- Ensure files are processed from Login stage to disbursement and get clients queries resolved

- Coordinating with Credit and Operations for timely approvals and disbursements

- Explore business potential, opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business volumes

- Responsible to keep business book clean by Coordinating with collection team for timely updation of Non Starter cases and other delinquent accounts

- Responsible for meeting the branch collections targets and maintaining the portfolio IRR

- Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

Location: Hyderabad, Warangal, Nellore, Kakinada, Vizag, Vijayawada.
