To train, support & engage with Branch resources to drive the channel acquisition numbers
Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and the Channel employees to drive productivity of the bank employees
Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regularR&R drives to give a fillip to sales numbers
Will be driving the Bank channel team to achieve the targets assigned to branches & clusters aswell as focus on achieving their own target.
Should have team handling experience especially into number chasing domain.

Skill & Knowledge:
Graduate from any stream
Good communication skills and market knowledge.
2 ? 3 years in Financial Industry pref. Capital Markets
Understanding of Indian Capital Market
