CTO - Lead Software Engineer @ JMorgan

Job Description

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a growth team in the newly formed Chief Technology Office (CTO) LOB within JP Morgan, India. The role is under the Tech Accelerator Function that has been formed to accelerate industry leading engineer experiences including public cloud adoption through the effective deployment of state-of-the-art technical tools and processes steeped in a best-in-class architectural framework that drives engineer productivity and optimizes firm-wide re-use.

What makes this unique is the fact that this team is being set up by Developers as opposed to the typical people managers , the focus from each specialist developer in the team would be to provide hands on development coaching to teams across the wider organisation on not only the adoption but also around the effective practices on JP Morgan strategic tooling/application re-architecture consultation to public Cloud to help accelerate our time to market with a paramount focus on overall quality and delivery.

Technology & Experience: The team is looking for all levels of experience; financial knowledge is not a pre requisite.
