Transformplus was founded in July 2009 with an intent to provide services in the segments of human resource consulting, technical & commercial consultancy to corporate, investors, and lenders.We are looking HR Interns supporting the Talent Acquisition Team, The candidates would have to work on recruitment of candidates for different mandates of leading companies. The job involves the skills of understanding the job profiles, calling the candidates, presenting the CVs.
HR Recruiters (interns) !! Work from Home !! Stipend + Incentives
Location - Work From Home (Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Indore)
Age Group- 18 to 28
Gender- Female
Education: Undergraduate/ Graduate / Post Graduate
Eligibility Criteria
- Only those candidates would be hired who shall appear stable to the companies.
- Student having exam their in next 3 month shall not be preferably
- Students must have a own Laptop /WiFi Connection /Smart Phone.
- Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows Social media etc.
- Knowledge of operating Portal /Microsoft excel/available on Zoom/Skype.
- Candidate should be eager to learn recruitment and primary purpose for application is to learn and make a career in recruitment.
- Work from home (Recommended due to COVID-19 situation)
Work Profile
- Candidate shall be required to source profiles from Portals /Free website/ LinkedIn/Facebook
- Would be required to Call on leads provided
- Make daily trackers of all the calls done in a day
- At least 80-90 Calls per day are expected
- Daily Lineups shall be 10-12 depending on the profile
- Any 5-6 hours on daily basis (6 days a week)(Sundays off)
- Compensation to be made on 10th of every month
- Only those candidates whose primary motive is to learn recruitment and make a career in HR shall apply.
- In case of leaving Internship before 3 months from the date of joining, a company will not give you any experience certificate/ Any Incentives.

- Stipend + Pre- Incentives+ Post-Incentives +Certificate Letter + Letter of recommendation + Flexible work hours + Training.
- Rs 7000-10000 (Per Month) +Performance based +1000 Incentives per joining (after 3 months of joining / locking period)
- Stipend structure: This is a performance based internship. In addition to the minimum assured stipend, you will be paid 1000 on every Joining that you make or deliver.
