The role is expected to Train the field staff (Channel Sales, B2R, DTH product) in the classroom or on-the-job if required, for sales - product demonstration skill enhancement.
1. Drive Product and Technology Application Usage Demonstration by Feild Staff, Enable user confidence and develop the effective demonstration as a habit.
2. Training them for a persuasive product demonstration for better sales (fresh/up-sell) productivity
Trainer responsibilities include understanding skills gap, preparing and using learning material enables participants to practice the effective demonstration skills and evaluating learning/skills after each training session for certifying successful participants.
Ultimately, the Trainer will help increase the overall performance of participants and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.
6. Should have at least 4+ yrs of experience into Product Sales & Training
7. Should have experience in product and sales training.
8. Should have experience of product/technical/ process training.
9. Should be open for travelling for Trainer Role
10. Immediate joiner required
Responsibilities
- Prepares sales representatives by conducting orientation and drive adoption IT tool for Order Processing, selling process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation and OJT drive-along with senior representatives.
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Determines training needs by travelling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
- Monitor sales objectives and results
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about the training program.
- Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
- Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Maintain updated records
Requirements
1. Proven work experience as a Product/Sales Trainer
2. Understanding about DTH/Mobile handset/Telecom/FMCG retail business market and Industry.
3. Experience in direct sales is a plus
4. Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and learning
5. Excellent organizational skills
6. Solid communication and presentation abilities with fluency in local language.
7. Additional certification in training is a plus
