Job Description:
Independent use of Job Portals like Naukri.com, Monster and Shine.com, LinkedIn Facebook, and other related social sites.
Independently deal with our HR and Technical Interviewing and Selection Team.
Understand Software technology manpower requirement from Job Description and source resumes independently.
Source candidates from career portals, make calls, share on-line assessment test link, follow-up with candidates to appear for test and schedule interviews with our selection team.
Prepare position wise recruitment tracker on daily basis.
Foster long-term relationship with candidates and our recruitment and selection team with continual communication.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/ Post graduate preferably in Computer Science with sincere desire to learn, contribute and grow in life as Freelancer.
Un-tiring and positive attitude towards follow-up with candidates as Single Point of Contact.
Sound understanding of different tools for talent search and software candidate sourcing.
Ability to source candidates from LinkedIn, Twitter, FaceBook, Bridge etc in addition to job portals.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
Excellent documentation, negotiation, rapport building, communication & presentation skills.
