We are Urgently Looking for Relationship Manager/ Senior RM for Most Trusted Brand - Bharat Matrimony (Public Limited) for Ahmedabad Location
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metric guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partners
1. Welcoming the customer on-board and creating a Member Profile.
2. Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member.
3. Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
4. Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right Elite experience and delivering quality service.
5. Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up
CTC: Max Budget is Upto 3.60 Lacs (i.e. 30K Only) + Incentive on basis of your Performance (i.e. 10k to 40k Every Month)
Required Skills:
1. Excellent command over English language, fluency in the regional language, proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
2. Ability to understand the customer requirements
3. Punctuality & Presentation skills
4. High Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills
