Job Description for Sales
- Collecting, Understanding Business Requirement, Interacting with Operation Team to ensure that the requirement are clear.
- Build awareness of our Services, offerings & to generate Revenue.
- Introducing the Products & Services to Potential Customers.
- Cold calling and prospecting for new business, following up on leads and building
solid business relationship with Companies. - To maintain Prospect List, Reporting results & writing Proposals.
- Achieve new business sales targets on a monthly/ quarterly basis.
- Analyze the growth of existing Companies & to generate report.
- To develop Long term relationship to expand Client base.
- Build referral and lead generation network.
- Work directly with the Implementation team to ensure Delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for self driven individuals who have nerves of steel and the burning ambition to grow, excel & deliver performance on consistent basis.
- Graduate / MBA with excellent Communication , Interpersonal skills.
- Freshers / Trainees in IT/ Software Sales / Fresher with good IT knowledge and excellent selling skills.
- Good convincing skills and inter- personal skills.
- Excellent Selling Skills & Emphasize product features based on analyses of customersrsquo needs.
- Zeal to achieve and exceed sales targets.
