Job Description
In this role, you will work in as part of a Quality Engineering team you will work across all disciplines to enable and transform quality practices within the Telco OSS and BSS domain. Should mainly have knowledge from Pricing and Plan testing
Key Responsibilities:-
Plan and write test cases including expected results in detail Test Director.
Ensure all test cases are appropriately written meeting agreed standard format and content. Conduct test case execution and accurate results documentation.
Review and verify test case results.
Perform problem analysis on issues, raise Defect records for identified problems and escalate them when necessary.
Monitor and manage defects to resolution for multiple tests/common problems.
Provide status reports, issue/risk identification and test management.
Identify and develop Regression test cases leveraging off test automation suites
Facilitate business stakeholder to test case execution results in UAT
Work supporting goals of the broader test function as well as aims of designated projects.
Engage and work with business stakeholders to identify test coverage requirements, delivery timing and test prioritisation.
Analyse requirements documentation, solutions designs, business processes, customer journey and other resource material to define and document test plans.
Liaise with business stakeholders to obtain commitment of scope for test coverage and content.
