Shifts: 24*7Job Responsibilities :

1. 
   Answering and resolving customers queries received via chat
   2. Able to upsell and cross sell & up sell the products related to the process
2. Interacting with customer to understand the query better and to provide appropriate resolution

Qualifications -

1. Graduate in any stream
   2. Should have basic computer operating knowledge
   3. Good Written / Verbal communication skills
