Minimum 2 years of international voice experience required.
Good written and verbal communication skills required.
3 rounds of interview
Any graduate with work experience preferred.
5 days work with weekend fixed off

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Hiring for a technical support process, for an accounting software. Hands on tech support experience required.

Basic to advanced tech support knowledge preffered.
Job role includes analysing and troubleshooting various software issues.
Candidates with technical support experience into an international voice process preferred.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED

*No BE/B.TECH GRAD FRESHERS
5 Days work with 2 day rotational week off
