Job Description
Qualitest is looking for Test Lead - Automation for our Test Center in Bangalore, India
Must have skills.
- Experienced in some of the automation test tools like Robot Framework, Web Driver, Cucumber, HP UFT, jUnit, JSON, Soap User Interface and a strong technical background (Spinnaker, Selenium, Java, Nodejs, MySQL, Cassandra, Jira, Confluence, Github, Jenkins CI process, Jmeter).
- Working knowledge of RPA such as Blue Prism. Spirent tools such as Velocity, Lansdslide, Avalanche etc
- Hands on working on automation, AI, RPA, DevOps, CICD Pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the automation space in collaboration with other areas of the Innovation Labs and interfacing stakeholders.
- Providing Test Environments configuration, maintenance and Integrating test suites in a Continuous Delivery and Deployment environment.
- Responsible for the support of committed internal and external resources to ensure the automation environment is against agreed time, cost and quality targets.
- Support the continuous measurement of the test automation environment estate to ensure an accurate reflection of operational network.
- Determine the essential systems that require testing with the customer and assist in finding a solution to test or mitigate the risk of not testing.
- Continuously improving, augmenting and updating the automated test suites and implementation of Automation framework, conducting tools selection.
- Following the automation testing processes and practices within an agile software development team Skills and experience:
- Establish collaborative working relationships with peers across Innovation labs and Business to ensure stakeholder/customer needs and priorities are understood, technical information is clearly communicated, and the automation project requirements are completed accurately.
- Communicate, report and support all automation and development environment related issues and resolution activities to the end users.
- Manage the relationship with the user acting as a single point of contact for test automation environment delivery within the project.
- Work collaboratively with peers in other technology teams to ensure seamless support and management of cross-functional automation environment space.
- Support the maintenance of relationships with third parties responsible for providing professional services to the client automation test network.
- Working knowledge of RPA such as Blue Prism. Spirent tools such as Velocity, Lansdslide, Avalanche etc
- Hands on experience in using test and defects management tools - Jira, Confluence, HP ALM.
- Experience with cloud/ multicloud technologies, Micro-services or Service Oriented Architectures in a CICD environment.
