.Tech lead IT Applications. Provide technical leadership to team of SMEs. Support on the skill area : Digital Technologies SFDC, CPQ, PEGA, PPM

.Technical Expertise & Hands on knowledge in one or more areas applications / COTS

.Overall knowledge of the E2E application flow, systems & solution for their application suite.

.Ensure timely & accurate reporting of the alarms & raising of Incidents.

.Technical specialist for resolving all complex & critical application issues/ challenges faced by the team.

.Accountable for meeting & improving SLA & KPIs for their application suite.

.Responsible for driving down the incidents , problem, trouble tickets, service request trends.

.Support on work allocation (shifts, rotas) 9. Expertise in ITIL/ITSM processes 10. Strong Skills of Unix & PL/SQL /Scripting
