Job description:

• Hanling a team of Area managers, Branch managers & Relationship Managers so as to deliver Sales
• Achieve and exceed business targets on a consistent basis
• Responsible for reach & penetration of client company products into specified target segments
• Ensure adherence to Sales Processes and systems
• Ensure Training and Development of the team
