Job Description

Candidate Profile-

8+ years of experience in software development, of which at least 2 years in a team/project lead role.
Hands-on experience in data management, user interface design or architecture would be preferred.
Work experience in a software startup, or on projects/products related to banking or trading, would be an advantage.
Good understanding of project planning, estimation & project metrics to measure the progress & quality of a project.
Ability to manage & mentor resources, and to extract the best possible from a diverse team.
Good understanding of java, web service & rich UI technologies experience in Spring + REST + AngularJS would be an advantage.
You must have a sound understanding of the projects you have worked on and the business problem that the project solves.
You must also have a good knowledge of processes & standards related though the SDLC lifecycle, and preferably, experience in Agile development methodologies like Scrum, Xtreme Programming, Test-Driven Development.
