A leading Cloud Data Backup solutions provider is looking forSoftware engineer-OneXafe Clustering Engineering

Qualification: B.E Computers from a reputed Institution with min 5+ yrs experience

Location: Pune (Willing to relocate, if required)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications
• Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
• Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
• Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.
• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Consult with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs.

Skills and Experiences (Must Haves):

• Comprehensive knowledge and hands on experience with Python
• Experience with various distributed storage or database systems
• Experience withLinux Clustering protocols
• Experience with Linux operating system and shell (bash, sh, etc.) scripting
• Experience with network protocols tcp/ip, ssdp

Skills and Experiences (Nice to Haves):
Good understanding and experience with TDD (Test Driven Development)
