Job Description

Job location : Hyderabad

Notice Period : Immediate 20 Days

Must have Skills: Application performance management , ITIL , Incident management, Change management, problem management, Cloud Exp.

Employment Type : 1 year C2H Role

Exp : 5 -10 Years '


Key Attributes:

  • Should have been servicing Global Client base.
  • Must have very good business communication skills.
  • Willing to work 24/7 Rotational Shifts that Include Night Shifts( Weekends not Exempted)
  • Strong Stake Holder Engagement skills.
  • Ability to work with Minimal Supervision.
  • Must have exposure towards collaborating with teams spread across various geographies and levels.

Technical:

  • Candidate must and Must have had worked as an Application Support Level 2 Engineer for Minimum of 2 -3 Years with exposure to De-Bugging( Note: We cannot consider Service Desk L2 for this role as , those are typically EUC focused)
  • Understanding of current market standard Multi layered Technology Stacks
  • Realtime experience with Cloud Platforms and the associated monitoring (AWS / Azure or Both). (Note: Mere Cloud certifications or Knowledge cannot be considered)
  • Profound understanding of the Monitoring Tools that he or she is been in to with their current role. Knowledge Industry standard monitoring tools (AWS Cloud watch Ray , AZ App Insights, AppDynamics, Dynatrace or any other Monitoring is desired.
  • Awareness with System Integrations
  • Exposure to Pre and Post Change Techno Functional Validations.
  • Knowledge / Expertise with Development tools would be considered as an Added Advantage.
  • Realtime implementation exposure with Process and Technology based Automations.
  • Exposure to Transition and Transformation desired.

Process:

Hands-on Alignment with ITIL framework Mainly in to Incident, Problem and Change Management Process. (Note: People with exclusive experience only with Incident Management (service management) Cannot Considered.

Hands-on exposure interms of Managing/End to end Collaborating Major Incident

Exposure to Service Now would be an advantage.
