Roles and Responsibilities
Job Holders reporting: Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Channel Management of Online Marketplaces/Platforms such as Nykaa, Flipkart, Myntra, and etc.
2. Driving Growth, Managing Monthly Sales Targets, Planning and Execution of Promotional Campaigns
3. Maintaining relationships with Channel Partners to drive overall brand growth and visibility
4. Establishing new online sales channels to deliver month-on-month and quarterly business Skills Required
5. Solid understanding of how online marketplaces operate
6. Negotiating margins, promotions and overall experience in implementing the brand's larger ecommerce strategy
7. Assessing and implementing sales opportunities to maximize ecommerce revenue and profitability
8. Analytical skills to deep-dive in to sales data and extract valuable insights leading to actionable business strategies
9. Develop an in-depth understanding of Luxury Beauty segment including the customer needs, products in the market, the manufacturers, the trade (traditional and modern) and be on top of trends that shape the category and product vertical.
10. Plan and execute category / brand / product launches seamlessly by working closely with all the teams within the organization.
11. Define, refine and track metrics which help in assessing the health and progress of the category.
12. Seek continuous feedback from the consumers through online and offline mechanisms to get a feel of the constantly evolving customer requirements.
13. Assisting Brand Manager with managing P&L of the category.
14. Drive traffic through intelligent merchandising and promotions.
15. Overlooking marketing activities on/offline with marketing agency, including managing SNS accounts and PR activities.
16. In charge of preparing relevant reports in regular basis.
17. Work closely with the Brand Manager to plan inventory and ensure smooth operations.
Desired Candidate Profile-
Experience in Ecommerce and Marketing
Skill: Minor skill of photo shop and/or illustrator will be preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
