Job Description
About the Role
This position is within HARMAN s Connected Car Division and is located in Bangalore, India. The purpose of this position is to support the development of AR & ADAS products with DevOps tools and frameworks. This position includes CI workflow and pipeline design, support testing and automation, support integration etc. as required to support the development of the Harman Augmented Reality Platform.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience of build systems, Linux-based operating systems, CI tools, experience in agile development discipline, and the ability to learn fast and supply high quality solutions.
What You Will Do
- Designing and Implementing multi-projects CI pipelines and build system infrastructure.
- Integrating development and verification tools, frameworks and libraries.
- Developing and documenting workflow methodologies and processes.
- Production deployment to costumers of our premium AR Navigation application.
- Working in collaboration with other HARMAN s worldwide DevOps teams.
- As part of a matrix organization work with engineers, designers, testers and managers in multiple locations as needed to help integrate and deliver solutions
- Travel to customer sites / project site in case of a need
What You Need
- 7+ years of experience working in:
- Modern CMake (3.0 and above)
- Jenkins pipeline library (Groovy) & multibranch strategies.
- Bash Scripting.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of compilation & linkage process and build systems internals.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Linux OS.
- Proven track record in terms of successfully accomplished projects.
- Fluent in English
What is Nice to Have
- Flexibility and creativity in solution design including leveraging emerging technologies.
- Knowledge & experience in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Knowledge & experience in C++ and/or C.
- Knowledge & experience in Android OS.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
What Makes You Eligible
- Be willing to travel up to 10% domestic and international travel
- Be willing to work in an office in Bangalore, India
