Strong fundamentals of software development, including SDLC processes. A self learning and hardworking attitude is must. Ability to understand the requirements, create documentation and follow coding standards is a key requirement. Should have experience is developing static, dynamic and database driven web sites such as eCommerce portal. Should be able to identify a suitable theme and do customization as required. Ability to search and find suitable plug-ins is required. Experience in developing PWA (Progressive Web Apps) is a huge advantage. Must be ready to learn using all online tools and courses and find solutions to any technical problem. Regular reporting work progress and time sheet management would be required.
