Job Description
We are hiring ITSM Manager For Parkar Digital .
Exp: 9 Years+
Job location: Pune
Job Description :
- Minimum of 9 + years of experience in the area of Enterprise monitoring, AIOPs, Infrastructure Discovery, Automation, Continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) and Integration with ITOM solutions.
- Collects, & helps in refining high level requirements / use cases and creates implementation strategy, acceptance criteria (with input from the customer) .
- Work with different development/engineering teams across the organization in order to determine scale regarding the solutions & designs and provide implementation roadmap.
- Experience in monitoring database systems.
- Understand and manage systems upgrade path, scaling and automate routine tasks.
- Automations and procedures that best fits for an enterprise infrastructure
- Should have good experience in Design, development, and implementation of IT Operations monitoring solutions with integration into other ITSM applications.
- Design integration workflows using a monitoring Platform
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services, GraphQL and use of connectors for integration Solid understanding of integration design patterns,
- Knowledge in using Python, J2EE, XML, XSLT, JMS, JSON, SQL, NodeJS Experience with data transformation.
- Expertise in Installing, configuring ITOM tools.
- Experience in upgrade MariaDB and its configurations
- Experience in integration with Service Management tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy Experience in integration with Notification, Collaboration and automation tools like -xMatters, Everbridge, Slack, Ansible, etc.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure network concepts and protocols.
- Experience in remediation of discovery and monitoring issues in the infrastructure
- Good analytical, problem solving, logical thinking.
- Co-ordinating with support teams in resolving issues.
- Interested to work in multi skilled environment and adapted to learn new technologies that supports any Enterprise Infrastructure Customer facing experience is a must
- Follows the guidelines of Agile methodologies or SDLC for project management.
- SL1 knowledge is good to have.
