We are hiring for Associates/ Sr Associates (International Voice Process)

Job Title : Customer Service Associate

Job Location : Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad

Conducting only virtual interviews.

Eligibility:

- Minimum experience of 12 months for Undergraduate in Inbound International Voice Process (Freshers aren't eligible)

- Need excellent communication skills

- Should have basic knowledge of up-selling & cross-selling

- Should have ability to resolve International customer related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call

- Research, diagnose, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts

Shifts: 24/7 (Rotational)

5 days working

Compensation: Salary + incentives, bonus

Transportation Facilities: Both ways
