Job Description
JOB SYNOPSIS:
As a Management Trainee, you will be involved in Marketing, HR, Leadership, Team management, Business operations. You will also have an opportunity to become a Manager within 12 to 18 months based on your performance. We will provide you Free On-The-Job Training in a Practical MBA style.
This position is a great opportunity for an individual to become an entrepreneur and have job security even in times of crisis.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Marketing and Brand Promotions - 3 months
- Human Resources Management, Recruitment & Team management - 6 months
- Business Operations & Back-end Administration within 12 to 18 months
Qualifications and Skills
Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Good spoken English skills, Ability to handle challenging situations, Decision making skills and Team Management skills.
