Job Description

The primary job of a customer service representative is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner .Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications. Handling customer quires , solving problems regarding the product, customer satisfaction . candidates with good communication skills in English and Hindi.
