Designation - Agency Manager / Branch Manager / Associate Circle Head

Location - Nagpur

Build and drive a team of 8 - 10 highly motivated front line sales professionals.

Design and execute sales plan to help the team build and expand their distribution (agent) network and meet the targets.

Review team's progress against plan and guide them to succeed.

Plan and Manage the revenue objectives of the branch.

Ensure quality and persistency of the business.

Experience - Must have minimum 6 years of experience with 2 years in handling a team.
