MorganStanley Wealth Management (MSWM) Technology is the global technology departmentresponsible for the design, development, delivery and support of the technicalsolutions behind the products and services used by the Morgan Stanley WealthManagement (MSWM) business

CoreTechnology Services (CTS) partners with Wealth Management development teams andpartner technology organizations to enable the delivery of technology solutionsto our business in the most efficient, predictable manner possible.

PositionOverview:
As anSDET in WM CTS Testing COE you ll have a chance to work with a broad set oftechnologies to help build the best in class test automation solutions. You ll havethe opportunity to work on UI and Backend test automation, configure andmaintain ci/cd pipeline, and work closely with development and QA engineeringteams to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop test automation solutions for applications across differentplatforms like API, Database, Browser, Mobile and Desktop.
Participate in technical discussions with engineering teams tounderstand application architecture and APIs model.
Collaborate with QA Engineers and Software Developers to identify testautomation scope and priorities.
Should be able to configure, maintain, and operate test automation toolsand frameworks.
Capture requirements and test cases, understand application features,analyze requirements and develop test automation solution with a view of the endto end application flow.
Designing and creating robust automated test scripts to address businessand technical use cases.
Integrating test automation scripts with Continuous Integration andDelivery pipeline
Communicate progress to the senior leadership on a regular basis

Experience Required: 4- 8 yrs

Skills :

4-8 years experience working as a Test Architect in a large financialservice organization or major consulting organization

Experience in collaborating effectively across a variety of IT andbusiness groups, across regions, roles, and able to interact effectively withall levels

Hands-on knowledge and experience on automation using Java and Selenium

Should be able drive automation on tools like UFTDev,Protractor-Cucumber

Hands-on knowledge and experience on API test automation using Java orGroovy using any backend automation tool like JMeter, SoapUI, RestAssured

Should have hands on working knowledgeof Database (either SQL Server or DB2)

Should have knowledge of Test Automation methodologies like BDD, Data Driven and Keyword Drivenframeworks

Must have working knowledge ofCI/CD implementation , DevOps Principles and Practices

Working knowledge of tool and technologies like TeamCity, Jenkins, GIT,JIRA, ALM

Understanding ofAgile/Waterfall development process and iscomfortable diving into the technical architecture of complex and highlyscalable solutions

Good leadership and communication skills

Good to have hands on experience on scripting languages like JavaScript,Type Script and Python

Good to have knowledge on Appium and Perfecto

Good to have understanding of model based testing.
