At least 34 years of age at the time of joining
A Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
JOB LOCATION IS SAUDI ARABIA
360 HR is looking for a Private Dietitian to join the office of a UHNWI (ultra-high net worth individual), for their private residences.
This role will include full personal dietitian duties to the Principal, including travel when necessary.
NOTE: This role is to be based in Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for one of our esteemed clients.
What we are looking for?
A well-presented, highly organized, confident, professional, and self-motivated dietitian with experience in assessing a patient's nutritional needs, then developing and implementing nutrition & Diet programs for
them. Candidate must have a great passion for nutrition, wellbeing, and possess the ability to
communicate complex and sensitive information about dietary matters in an understandable form to the patient. Should have a proven track record of successfully promoting healthy eating habits to communities and suggest diet modifications to individuals.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting and instructing patients on certain specified diets and charting accurately in the diet follow up record.
Developing, implementing, and reviewing Nutritional Care Plans for the patient on therapeutic diets or at nutritional risk and documentation of such services provided.
Performing sensory evaluation of therapeutic diets and supervising necessary changes with the Diet cook.
Using risk parameters to determine If the patient needs reassessment for a more in-depth assessment.
Conducting initial Nutritional assessment
Supervising major meal services
Development of New Standardized Therapeutic recipes.

- Previous experience assisting a UHNWI
- Able to travel
- Flexible availability
- Highly responsible
- Able to work without supervision/ highly independent
This role is challenging but very rewarding. You will need to be available and able to travel at short notice.
Understanding or Experience of the role requirements is not limited to the above.
You should be determined to always perform well. And no doubt you'll be able to manage a pretty demanding work schedule. Also, youll be culturally aware!
