Urgent Opening for the position of Telecaller (freshers can also apply) at navi mumbai location (Only females)

Position - Telecaller
Location - Navi mumbai (Kharghar)
Roles and Responsibilities
Outbound Calling
- Generate leads/prospects over the phone by calling on assigned qualified data
- Self-Sourcing of leads through email and social media (LinkedIn/FB/Instagram)
- Giving all the relevant property details to such prospects on calls and inviting for site visit
Handling Inbound calls/Walk-in Enquiries
- Handle incoming Calls, Speak to Customers and answer their queries
- Handle walk-in customers and give them a detailed brief of various projects
- Explain the project features and services to the interested customers on the online enquiries generated on property sites (99acres, common floor, magic bricks etc.)
Sales Prospects
- Conversion of above leads to site visits and bookings though constant follow-up
- Speaking to developers sales team and fixings the site visits dates and timing for new customers
- Ensuring customer Visit happens on the committed date and time though constant follow-up
- Customer/Developer Follow up & Cordial relations
- Follow up on old leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Develop & maintain positive working relationship with Customer as well as Developer
- Retain existing customer/developer base by being in regular touch and treat them equally at par with new customers/developers
Reporting
- Capture and update customer information accurately
- Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry /lead
- Report preparation and analysis
- Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Gather feedback from customer on his/her experience with us and share with internal teams. Emphasis to be given more on RECALLING the customer once the site visit is done.
