Back office Executive - Voice
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Efficient in handling US Inbound & Outbound calls & convert calls into deals.
2. Provide resolution to the queries from clients or customers.
3. Identify & assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
4. Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
5. Willingness to learn new things every time & then.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize the work, to complete the task, & manage time effectively.
7. Willingness to take the extra mile in engaging with the customers.
8. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of changes
Requirements:
1. Candidates who are Freshers/Recent graduates or relevant experience can apply.
2. Candidate should possess good analytical skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Have a good attitude & should be committed to the work.
5. A positive attitude and out of the box thinking.
