Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing the satisfaction level of customers by rendering services beyond excellence in order to optimize a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolving escalated grievances and queries on a day-to-day basis.
- Initiating contact with existing customers to help them further their business by acquiring new customers
- Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition for the customer.
- Analyse clients requirement and suggest new ways to acquire customers and new revenue streams and to assist the customer with the same.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact.
- Making weekly market development calls to customers.
- Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests.
- Act as the point of contact for the client with other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests.
- Assist in planning/ developing co-promotional campaigns, events, and B2C activities.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Conduct promotional activities for market development & brand visibility
- An immense interest in developing a relationship with the customers
- Sales orientation would be a plus
Experience: Should have a minimum 1 year of experience as an International Voice Agent.
Work Location: AMBIT- BTO
Week- Off : Saturday & Sunday
Shift Timing : 3:30 PM TO 12: 30 AM
CTC Detail : 2.9 L p.a.
