Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing the satisfaction level of customers by rendering services beyond excellence in order to optimize a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolving escalated grievances and queries on a day-to-day basis.
  • Initiating contact with existing customers to help them further their business by acquiring new customers
  • Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition for the customer.
  • Analyse clients requirement and suggest new ways to acquire customers and new revenue streams and to assist the customer with the same.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular contact.
  • Making weekly market development calls to customers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests.
  • Act as the point of contact for the client with other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests.
  • Assist in planning/ developing co-promotional campaigns, events, and B2C activities.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Conduct promotional activities for market development & brand visibility
  • An immense interest in developing a relationship with the customers
  • Sales orientation would be a plus


Experience: Should have a minimum 1 year of experience as an International Voice Agent.
Work Location: AMBIT- BTO

Week- Off : Saturday & Sunday

Shift Timing : 3:30 PM TO 12: 30 AM

CTC Detail : 2.9 L p.a.
