Roles and responsibilitiesDesignation: Enpidia Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3-7 years
Job Responsibility:
- Manage day to day operations of Enpidia - Training academy of NephroPlus
- Act as a point of contact for Franchisee partners and student/trainee escalations
- Propose plans on the expansion of Enpidia academy via a Franchisee model
- Work on marketing strategies and suggest ideas on student mobilization
- Manage finances and budget (follow up for receivables from Franchisee partners, utilization of marketing budget)
- Optimize students/trainees posting across centers and assigning stipend accordingly
Skills:
- Excellent research, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to connect, network, influence key customers/ stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and smart to close deals
- Capability to serve primary liaison with franchisee partners & students
- Disciplined and self starter to perform individually with keenness to grow
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/ PG with experience in Education / Consulting or other relevant industry
