JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new client acquisition
• End to end sales process from lead generation to business closure
• Short-term and Long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies
• Manage lead generation process via cold calls/emails/social media platforms
• Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
• Train and ensure adherence to the sales process
• Cross-selling, outbound sales and reference sales
• Negotiation and repeat business
• Finding newer avenues for tapping clientele
• Responsible for achieving the set targets , Serve as a basic point of contact for clients with complaints, queries, and feedbacks
• Prepare daily reports on tasks and activities performed
