Jobs Description:-
We have an opening for senior profile AVP/VP/GM in Finance. The person should complete his CA. Exactly we need a CFO level person for our Delhi office. Candidates should know about the compliances. Only male candidates are required.
Will be responsible for money/ fund raising in the ed-tech/ education industry.
Should have thorough knowledge of investment banking/ venture capital.
Should have experience of Private equity deals, working capital or project loans.
Should have worked with real estate projects/ funds.
Should have developed financial models based on various financial profitability, projections, or evaluations of companies.
Should have worked with banks/ NBFC wherein he was involved in various fund raising activities.
Should have a good network of venture capital, Angel investors/ Private equity firms/ Real Estate firms.
Should have managed debts & vendors.
Should have ability to make out monthly cash flow & revenue projections. Can make out finance proposals and take it into market.
Team handling experience required.
Prior investment analysis experience from an investment fund, investment banking or similar should be there.
Screen and evaluate opportunities along all stages until investment takes place.
Ability to build, maintain and strategically leverage extensive network in private equity funds, commercial, investment banks and investment advisors
Develop digital focus search areas and meet with start-up companies and investment funds to pursue new digital strategic relationship with the investors
Conduct research and meet with prospective entrepreneurs, managers and investors to urge them to invest in the business.
Venture capitalists must be comfortable selling their ideas and opinions to high-level managers and investors
Support preparation of investment memos and powerpoint presentations to communicate investment opportunities.
Manage relations with investment banks, Venture Capital and Private Equity firms
Adept at evaluating alternative investments, with an emphasis on private equity and venture capital mandates
Exp- 7-15 years
Salary - 15-20 Lac P.A
