Program Manager (Security/Cloud/Software Development) - Symantec

Responsibilities:

Act as the Scrum master for software development teams
Coach and guide the teams using agile and lean principles
Responsible for effectively initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, coordinating and delivering all projects and release related activities
Solid project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in cross-functional environment
Provides technical project management support for the team
Understanding of coding languages C, C++, Java, JavaScript, MySql, Perl, Python
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in managing web development teams using SCRUM methodology
3-5 years as a Scrum Master. A developer turned ScrumMaster would be ideal
Experience working with engineering teams in agile/iterative forms of development
Expertise in the collecting, tracking, manipulation and presentation of execution, performance and defect data from various sources including JIRA and MS Office
Strong abilities in coordinating complex project schedules, resolving competing dependencies, and fostering collaboration among globally distributed teams
Certified Scrum Master
Certified Scrum Product Owner (optional)
Familiarity with JIRA and JIRA Agile configuration and administration
Familiarity with Agile methods, Lean thinking, and Scrum methodology.
BS/MS degree in Computer Science,
