Job Description

Mode: FTC (full time contract)

Duration: FTC 1 year

Payroll Partner: Ascent/Teamlease (3rd Party)
Location: Bangalore

Manage Full time contract (FTC) life cycle like On-boarding Experience and induction plan, grievances, annual performance assessment etc
Provide HR policy guidance to employees in span
100% employee data sanity in SF- GFDT, Job codes, Reporting structure etc
Analyse trends and keep track of critical metrics with the reference to BI
Administer monthly payroll input and employee benefits
Supports quarterly and monthly HR cycle deliverables to include PD cycle timeline; Nomination for awards; benefits enrolment; Survey, Reflect check-in etc.
Coordination for Employee connect sessions
EWS Quarterly update, followed by action for critical resource
100% adherence on Engagement plan for each asset as per EE AI
Maintain or update employees Exit interview details
Readiness for Monthly HR review
PIP closure in system and track on performance.

Salary:

30% hike if your current salary is 3.8LPA or less.
Up to 5LPA if your current salary is more than 4LPA.
